The Labor Peace Agreement allows employees to decide if they want to form or join a union and your employer is required to remain neutral and will not interfere with the choice you are making. The union also agrees not to strike or boycott the business. The signing of an LPA does not mean you are automatically choosing to be represented by a union, are a member of a union, or covered by a collective bargaining agreement. You have the right to participate in \u201cconcerted activity\u201d, which is when two or more employees take action for their mutual aid or protection regarding wages, hours or terms and conditions of employment.
